“There are 3 paper options available if the warehouse is not set up to receive the Deconsolidation notice or if, for any reason, the warehouse cannot ‘arrive’ the cargo and thus trigger the Deconsolidation Notice.
With the March 4/5, 2017 CBSA systems update, the D5A deployment, the print out of the Deconsolidation Notice is now available from the portal, which can be printed and presented to the warehouse without validation by the CBSA.
