Cannot find the CO under Signatory’s Account

Step 1: Please login to eCO System using your User ID (Admin Role) and Password then click LOGIN Button.



Step 2: On the left side Navigation, please go to Registration Tab >> View Exporter Registration Tab. 




Step 3: Look for the latest Registration Transaction Number then below “Action” word click 3 doted then choose “View” word.



Step 4: Check if the information under Authorise Signatories Tab is correct or updated.
