Meanwhile, if the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” has not been completed when the “Manifest Submission (DMF)” is processed, a discrepancy information will be sent to notify that the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” has not been yet completed. In case of receiving discrepancy information, a filer needs to conduct the “Departure Time Registration (ATD)” immediately.
