I received rejection '115: Cargo Control Number (CCN) (Empty or Export) / Supplementary Reference Number/Conveyance Reference Number / Reference Identification - DUPLICATE FIELD'. What does it mean?

Reason: Related CCN was duplicated on the close message tab

Resolution: Remove the duplicated related CCN. Save the Changes and resend as Original


OR

Reason: There could be an S10 filing by the Freight forwarder duplicate to this file

Resolution: Client needs to check if the filing was done in s10 to ensure that it did not duplicate the report.
